Rules modified. Violations of constitutional clauses The service tribunal is capable of formulating rules from the jurisdiction of the government. The rules are always initiated by the relevant department and then presented to a committee constituted by the government, known as the Regulation Committee. Of course, all legislation and amendments have to be created and amended as well. After consultation with the Government's Law, Justice, Human Rights and Parliamentary Affairs Department and then the approval of the Committee, the rules presented to the Government through the Department of Services and General Administration for the sanction if violated Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The Interim Constitution Act, 1974 or its Parent Act, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants Act, 1976 may request the jurisdiction of the relevant service tribunal to redress a grievous civil servant complaint.
