Section 3, 4, 16 and 18 Employees Retired (Rehabilitation) Ordinance (XI of 2009), Sections 3, 4 and 10 Civil Servants Act (LXI of 1973), Section 11 (1) (i) Constitution of Pakistan , Article 199 Constitutional application dismissed Inspectors (BS16) applicants in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) qualify applicants for their previous service, rather than retaining a rank of Assistant Director (BS17). Recruitment of persons employed in BS 16 by counting, dismissing the Employees (Rehabilitation) Act, 2010, as per section 10, each of them on a previous scale. Where height will be offered these services were sent back post, FIA restrictions would be offered the post of Assistant Director (BS 17). As a matter of mercy, but dismissed employees will not be entitled to reimbursement of seniors or other salary arrears in accordance with Section 10 of the Dismissed Employees (Rehabilitation) Act 2010. According to Section 4 (c) (iii) of the SOC The Employees (Rehabilitation) Act 2010, restores employees to the scale, cadre, group, post or post of employees on the seniority list except as provided by the Act in addition to the privileges granted to the applicant as Assistant Director (B. S17), they will be placed at the bottom of the seniority list and assistant director in grade 17 before being added. Junior will be calculated for all officers serving in any position. Applicants for job restitution were misinterpreted by law or intentionally given to the petitioners under section 16 of the Employment (Rehabilitation) Act 2010
