PAK GULF CONSTRUCTION (PVT.) LIMITED versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN

The Preacher of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction Jurisdiction Alternative Treatment Applicants, who were in the business of building, selling and purchasing shops and apartments.
