HAFIZ NAZIR AHMED versus ZAIN UL ABIDEEN

A. XXI, Rr 11 & 47 Courts of Reconciliation Ordinance (XLIV of 1961), Sections 3 and 5 objected to the decision of the Court of Appeal passed by the Execution of the Ex parte Decree that the Court of Reconciliation had on its Chairman and two members / representatives. In the absence of the recommendations of the members, which was unconstitutional by the Chairman. And that they were not served and that they had come to know that after issuing proceedings against them, the decree was issued that the court dismissed the breach of plea which led to the execution of the court's agreement. Cannot determine the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal and the appeal for immunity is dismissed by the appellate court. The High Court dismissed the request for a review of the circumstances
