The accuracy of his retirement was not attributable to the Board of Governors' approval of any illegal work and the principles of transparency, merit, rule of law, credible process and openness of affairs without the appointment of a defendant, without authority. The result of proportional exercise was the non-transparent approach, healthy competitiveness, against the principles of openness, openness, merits, constitutional clauses. Respondent's re-appointment cannot be considered credible and according to the applicable law, the High Court rejected the office order regarding the appointment of the respondent, he was also allowed to become the Vice President of the University Petition.
