MUHAMMAD ILYAS ALIAS QARI JAMIL versus FEDERAL REVIEW BOARD THROUGH SECRETARY, SUPREME COURT BUILDING, ISLAMABAD

During the Arts 9 and 199 constitutional submissions, the extension of detention of applicants was repeatedly extended through the Federal Review Board. Article 9 of the Constitution passed a clear extension of detention, violating the fundamental rights of citizens, reducing the freedom of the applicants, and the High Court in any case refused to allow it. The basic right to free freedom guaranteed under Article 9 of the Constitution was violated and declared illegal and set aside.
