The federal government claims to have served the authority on the deposition that the applicant was refused a plot allocation based on the board's decision to refuse. Land Disposal Regulations, 2005 Neither the Authority had appointed the Applicant nor was he involved in the Authority; the applicant could have obtained the allotment of the plot under the 10% quota allotted to the employees of the Federal Government, but he was deposed. Could not claim the allotment as an employee of the Authority. Deputies are being convinced in such a decision by the board that the equal status of regular employees of the authority was a door to corruption and was not endorsed by the Constitutional High Court.
