Arts 25 and 199 Constitutional Development Authority employs employees for allotment of plots on depot in the allotment development authority of the plots and claim that they have been denied the right of allotment of plots. Remedies When it was their case that they left the development authority long before the cut-off date, in these circumstances, the constitutional application was dismissed.
