MST. JAMILA versus MUHAMMAD IQBAL

Article 15 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional petition discloses personal need of the tenant to Bona, fact-finding by two courts below the eviction request filed by the landlord for his sons. The homeowner's permission was granted and allowed. The order was upheld by the lower appellate court on rent. The controller says it has been established that the landlord needs a home for the personal use of his sons and the answer is in favor of the landlord. The homeowner's finding was upheld by the lower appellate court, which was discovered together. The lower courts may not be more upset against the tenant unless it is shown that the evidence on the record was against the evidence. The tenant has failed to identify any illegal matter or error under which the High Court, approved by the two courts, refused to interfere with the findings of the two courts.
