‑This petition for special leave to appeal in a civil matter is barred by 56 days and no adequate explanation for condonation of delay is made to appear. It is stated that the petitioner who is an old man lives 30 miles away front Rahimyar Khan; that he took considerable time for collecting necessary funds to file the petition and that limitation should be computed from his knowledge of the judgment of the High Court.
None of the pleas constitute a legal ground within Order XIII, rule 1.
The petition is dismissed as barred by time.
