Sections 11, 12, 14, 19 and 99 of the Pakistan Citizenship Act (III of 1951), Section 14 Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 62 (f), 63 (1) (c) (p), 113 and 199 Constituent Assembly National Assembly, sitting Defendant's nomination papers by the Returning Officer, but for the seat accepted by the Election Tribunal, the respondents had filed a false affidavit and contested by-election, therefore, making such a misrepresentation. Had committed the misconception that it did not cause any harm. In such earlier by-elections, the returning officer of the disqualification accepted the nomination papers of the defendants, but the Election Tribunal rejected the same High Court which rejected the Election Tribunal's unclean order under the circumstances.
