O XIII, R 2 The purpose and scope of the proceedings behind O XIII, R 2, CPC was to prepare additional evidence at a later stage of the proceedings. The parties had to pay a fine for non-document preparation and in this regard, there was no hard and fast. The rule but the matter was left open to the court's discretion to make a sound decision based on the facts and circumstances of each case, based on concrete court principles. If there was any doubt about the authenticity of the documents, the application under O XIII, R 2, CPC should not be lightly rejected because the purpose of the procedure and procedure was to advance the cause of justice rather than O XIII. The delay in filing an application under R 2 was to be prevented, the CPC will not. There is no reasonable basis or sufficient reason for terminating the preparation of such documents / evidence, which is equivalent to the negation of O XIII, R 2, CPC, which was specifically designed to address such a situation. Intentions and / or additional evidence may be filed at any stage when the reality of such documents was beyond any doubt and should not be excluded from the evidence if presented later.
