Under the License Principle of Mortgage of the Property for Section 58 and 59 Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Section 49 Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), Section 11 Special Relief Act (I of 1877), Section 54 Prohibition Applicants claim. The defendant had mortgaged the property in his favor and sought to execute the documents in his favor.
