ELKO ORGANIZATION (PVT.) LTD. versus RIAZ UL ISLAM
Articles 42 and 54 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O. XXXXX, R1 and 2 of the Suite Declaration and Order Prohibition Interim Order, Approval of Misuse, and Contempt Claims that the Plaintiff was the Employer of the Plaintiff's Money Had purchased a suit plot from. The plaintiff had illegally occupied and corrupted them, with which he also attached the transfer letter, according to which the plot was transferred in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff has been arrested. The High Court issued a notice to the defendant and, in the meantime, directed that it should not create interest of any third party in the pending plot. The High Court directed the authorities that the defendants could not generate interest of the third party. Unless the order of the interim injunction is passed in the court, caution should be exercised on the plot file.
