Article 5, Schedule, Sections 10 and 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Order of Maintenance of the Minority Suits Family Court Minor Involuntary Order was an interim maintenance order, which had no effect on the final order. The order, unless the nature and effect of a final order, cannot be subjected to judicial scrutiny in proceedings under Article 199 of the Constitution High Court, in which case the constitutional application was dismissed.
