Section 5 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4 Civil Service Regulations, Arts 357 (a), 418 (b), 420 and 480 (b) Appointment of Appointment of Service Appointed in the previous Department Joined the Air Force as a Flight Lieutenant and was given a Special Appellant Short Service Commission and was subsequently selected by the Federal Public Service Commission Appellant as a section officer at the request of the self-appellant and subsequently in his new appointment. Upon joining he was resigned and assumed charge of the section officer in the Office Management Group Appellant. The appellant's point was that the purpose of resigning from the PAF was to make another appointment as a section officer in which his president was to be considered a deputy for the pension and under the circumstances, this would be an article of the Civil Service Regulations. 418 (b) was not resigned from public service for the purpose of pension, in which it was stipulated that the resignation from the service be followed by another appointment which would serve.
