O XXVI, R1 Local Commission Evidence Recording The High Court appointed the local court for recording of the evidence of the parties on the request of the plaintiff that the evidence raised by the defendant was merely local to save time. Evidence cannot be recorded by the commission. In this case the recording of the evidence on the commission could not be falsified to save time for the initial decision and the parties, or the High Court did not properly say that any action against the principles of natural justice, if they came to the forefront, was brought to light by both parties. Would be in the interest of The order of appointment of the Municipal Commission as soon as possible was not in any way a prejudice to the defendants, as both parties would have the opportunity to add their evidence and examine the witnesses.
