WAJID KHAN versus STATE
The prosecution prosecuted the recovery of 189kg of marijuana and 12kg of opium from the accused in Article 9 (c) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), and weight of one kilogram of fourkg of opium, Section 9 (c). The provisions of the Narcotic Material Stances Act, 1997 were fully attracted, the courts had properly considered the evidence of the prosecution in the litigation, with the defendant's request for any of the defendants' false interference. The cause did not exist despite some concessions granted by the prosecution witness. Any legal weakness to warrant interference by the Supreme Court so that the appeal can be appealed.
