Reject an open decision on the Divisional Canal Officer's Superintendent Canal Officer, only the Divisional Canal Officer can make or change the order, the Impeded Order approved by the Superintendent Canal Officer, after a High Court hearing of the petitioner pursuant to a law. Was set with the instructions to pass.
