MULTAN BEVERAGES CO. versus ABDUL RAHMAN
A. XXXVII, suit for recovery of money on the basis of the promissory note, the trial court dismissed the case on the basis that the promissory note was not legalized by the plaintiff when the promissory note was not legalized. Was not validated, then it was not valid, when the execution of the promissory note was proved by the evidence on record and the defendant himself admitted that the promissory note was an interchangeable device. No certification was required, and the imperial order was set aside by the High Court. After proper appreciation of the oral and documentary evidence of the parties, the case was referred to the trial court for adjudication of the plaintiff's case.
