The trial court granted the defendant's bail subject to payment of money to the complainant by section 497 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), section 337 F (i) (v) and 34 compensation, whereby the complainant was granted 19,000 Payment of Rs. ??? In order to grant bail under the promise of compensation by the accused during the hearing, the trial court observed that the accused was entitled to exemption on bail, there was nothing black in the file including the police file on which the accused was ever Rs 19, 000, promised to pay Rs 1,000 thousand before the complainant was charged with the procedure of compensation. The payment of Rs. 19,000 was not justified by the High Court against the trial court order. Revision was allowed, the accused was ordered released on bail immediately \ r \ n. r \ n
