Section 19 Temporary Farming Scheme Allotment of land is already in place for transfer of respondents by the Provincial Government, therefore, the revenue options cannot sit at the behest of the Government and the lease of the Appellant for a period of 17/18 years. The latter could not decide the fate of the land through the effect even though the appellant was. The issue of whether the lease of land or some part of it is in possession without the question of whether a review petition filed by the appellant before the Board of Revenue is valid, could not be found in the appeal of the Supreme Court.
