RASHID AHMAD versus SAID AHMAD

The current findings of fact were rejected by the courts below the Constitution 54 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) suit for a permanent injunction, when the trial court refused to grant the plaintiff's decision an ad hoc order. The lower court upheld the decree passed by the trial court. All the following courts, together with the Appellate Court through the High Court, sought the facts against the plaintiff together. The Supreme Court refused to interfere in the search of facts reaching all the cows, when it was satisfied that the lower courts were under investigation. It was not reasonably and completely reached by disobeying any accepted principle of law or definition of evidence, despite the fact that a different view could have been made by the plaintiff's High Court. Failed to identify any kind of illegality or weakness in the decision passed. The leave to appeal was denied, despite the fact that the plaintiff also failed to raise any legal questions.
