The award, which was not followed by the applicant and was dealt with under the premise that arbitration should not be construed as being outside the scope of reference and not being mismanaged by the courts, Neither the proceedings nor the decisions / awards can be interfered with except in the cases provided for by the Arbitration Act, Sections 30, 33 and 39 of the 1940 Act. Every reasonable intention in favor of the award and the inclination to uphold it, the award was final and therefore, the Court of Legislative Trial did not commit any illegal proceedings / irregularities under it, As contemplated under Section 115, the CPC and the dispute were halted without committing any error of law / fact.
