Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) removed the employees who were employed as PTC teachers from the position that their appointment order was illegal / fraudulent without merit. Was proved and was against the department's official policy. Along with the authorities, the service tribunal also noted that in their meeting together, the applicant was never selected by the District Recruitment Committee, nor was his name included in the merit list and the appointment of the applicant. The order was a fake document which was recorded by the official forums of the department. And the Service Tribunal could not be reviewed by the Supreme Court, no fault of the tribunal's decision or legal malpractice could not be interfered with by the Supreme Court.
