Section 5 Punjab Civil Servants (Talent & Discipline) Rules, 1999, R4 (b) (iv) Government employee Appellant was dismissed from the job after investigating him for dismissal. And that the sentence limit was high / severe, the order dismissing the appellant, making the necessary retirement was amended as the appellant prayed.
