No direct evidence was available to meet the Commission on the recovery of electric iron and torch against the accused, Section 497 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Sections 380, 411 and 457, which were articles of the ordinary nature of the accused already. He was jailed for eight months and the trial was not started. The accused has been granted bail.
