In the Council and the main petition before the High Court, the provisional order RS, which violated the law relating to the approval of the interim order, had no objection to the appellant setting aside the executive committee approval order, The order passed by the High Court was also dismissed, the application for leave to appeal was changed and set aside. The orders passed by the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council and the Supreme Court of the Supreme Court directed the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council to resolve the appeal as soon as possible within two weeks and in the meantime prevent the two candidates from claiming.
