Article 2 (()) Adjusting Ad hoc Employees Changes in Category The Ministry of Education created two types of ad hoc employees for the purpose of regularization: The Federal Public Service Commission changed the category to regularize public servants. And refused to recommend them for regularization. In the constitutional jurisdiction, the High Court directed the authorities to treat the civil servant in the category in which he was kept by the ministry.
