The investigation was conducted to show that he had not even obtained the sample writing and the signature of the accused on comparing it with the fake certificate to prove that he had forged the certificate which was on record. Without such evidence it cannot be said that the accused was responsible. Forging said that the certificate prosecution had failed to prove in the circumstances that the accused was the person who used the fake certificate prosecution and that he had failed to prove the accused, he was entitled to doubt. Which was given to him accordingly.
