CHIRAGH DIN versus NAWAB DIN
In section 19 of the Special Relief Act (of 1877), section 42 defendants filed a lawsuit stating that their father had obtained a suit land from the Cooperative Society and upon his death by his brother / defendant. The suit land was sold in favor of the son, matters were settled and the decision was made in favor of the plaintiffs but the trial was dismissed as limited. It is bound that the property has been transferred to the legal heritage but the cooperative society did not fulfill its obligations and if the law and procedure was violated, the joint possession of the plaintiff and the defendant was established on record and more government offices ( Punjab) Section 19 of the Colonization Act, 1912 also affirmed the position that legal heirs may not be appropriate on the question of limitation.
