Section 54 (1) (G) and 192 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petitioning and Submission of Advertisements, by the bye-laws under section 192 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001, signboards and advertisements. The imposition was to regularize, but the authorities imposed without charge that the by-laws had dealt with constitutional requests in such a way that the authorities would prevent applicants from charging or submitting advertising fees. According to the law, the imposed demand notices were declared without legality.
