Delaying its remediation before the wrong forum, which also suggests that the plaintiff did not resort to the plaintiff, even as the trial court approved the exercise of authority under O. VII, R 10 CPC. Could have been challenged before the trial court as well and instead opted to approach the High Court that despite the limitations, the High Court refused to intervene. The order passed by the trial court petition was dismissed in the circumstances
