Section 48 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), section 516 was filed under section 48 of the Narcotic Material Sub-Control Act 1997, whereby the owner of the vehicle against the order of the court of competence of the general jurisdiction was magistrate. Filed an application before which the vehicle can be obtained. The police, which was taken into custody in connection with the narcotics case, said the magistrate has requested that the vehicle be owned by the lawsuit and that this is an important evidence and that its superannuation should be regarded as prejudicial. The request for a review of the magistrate's order was dismissed. The Additional Sessions Judge had filed against the order of the Additional Sessions Judge and the magistrate's endorsement under Section 48 of the Narcotic Substitution Act 1997, under the opposition, prior to any appeal against the order passed in the criminal review. Cannot be granted and secondly, the appeal should be made under section 48. The Control of the Narcotic Substances Act 1997 may be preferred against any order made by the courts of the jurisdiction of the special court constituted under the Act and not by the courts constituted under the Narcotic Substances Act 1997 , So the appeal was disqualified
