Since the plaintiff's claim had a fixed target date, since her case was decided in 1981, the further proceedings in this case were to be regulated under the Punjab Pre-emption Act (IX of 1991) which, according to the border of the government Kamal Shah PLD was in view of the 1986 SC360 Validity Suite.
