Article 212 (3) Civil Service Secondary School teachers received a Master's Degree (Urdu) during their service and applied for the approval of three advance increments for higher education qualifications in accordance with Article 15 of Government Policy. If the relevant notification and rules were placed in the jot position, it was clear that the teacher, after gaining qualification in MA (Urdu), was not entitled to increase in increments which had already been declared as equivalent to MA.
