MUHAMMAD IJAZ-UL-HAQ versus EXECUTIVE DISTRICT OFFICER
Article 212 (3) Civil Service Secondary School teachers received a Master's Degree (Urdu) during their service and applied for the approval of three advance increments for higher education qualifications in accordance with Article 15 of Government Policy. If the relevant notification and rules were placed in the jot position, it was clear that the teacher, after gaining qualification in MA (Urdu), was not entitled to increase in increments which had already been declared as equivalent to MA. In line with the fact that the competent authority regarding recruitment for the post of elementary education was determined by the competent authority of MA in 1987 while the teachers had obtained MA (Urdu) qualification in 2001. n \ r \ n
