According to the terms of the State Bank of Pakistan BCD Circular No. 29, the court borrowers filed an objection and tried to settle their case. The Banking Court dismissed the petition on the grounds that the decision makers had already failed to comply with the High's directive. It was not enough to dismiss the Court's validity ground on which the Banking Court dismissed the petitioners' objection to the decision, as it had to decide on their own merits, to reject Mout and their application. If the decision did not follow the terms of the High Court order and failed to submit the required amount, they faced consequences, as their leave application was not allowed without such deposit. However, the request for objection could not be dismissed on behalf of the decision-makers. The issues raised by the parties and those involved in the case proceeded to dismiss the objection with the additional basis that the decision lenders were extending the matter in the execution of the order passed by the Banking Court, requesting the objection.
