According to which the respondents were under 25 years of age, they were based on the information provided by the respondents who ordered the acceptance of the nomination, rejecting the respondents 'papers and the applicants' objections approved by the Returning Officer. He was declared without legal authority and was not eligible to contest since the age of 25 was on the day of filing nomination papers.
