Section 5, Schedule Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), AXXI, Rr 58, 59 and 62 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request Suit for Recovery Allowance, Objection against Attachment Suit for Recovery of Maintenance Allowance The petitioners issued the execution proceedings and requested annexation of the tractor in question in which the applicants were ordered to be attached to their objection request which claimed that their owner was the tractor. There was no response from the judgment debtor requesting such an objection. In the execution court and even in the review, the applicants filed a constitutional petition record stating that the applicant and the respondent were joint owners of the tractor, which had questions about whether the bank petitions had accepted. The tractors had property and title rights before they were approved by the execution court. Curry did not file a lawsuit in connection with the tractor attachment and even before the D-Pass Recovery Allowance was filed to investigate the applicant's claims, such as O XXI, Rr 58, 59 & 62, The objections to the petition filed by the applicants for exclusion of CPC and judicial mind were dropped by the High Court. The court was remanded.
