Article 199 Constitution Petition Appeal Authority for Civil Service Appointment and Termination Restoration In its order, the petitioner's letter of appointment was never canceled by the relevant authorities. The same post of the section VT, whose appointment was canceled, was restored to its post by the order of the Chief Minister's Authority. The written comments stated that there was no directive from the Chief Minister to restore the applicant. The applicant, taken by the authority to assign duties on the stand, suffered two shortcomings. Of course, without the removal of any job, the applicant did not need to be reinstated and in his case the directive from the Chief Minister was not necessary. Secondly, if a thousand teachers were retained on the same basis, it was not their duty to discriminate with the applicant in assigning their work, instructing the authority.
