Section 46, (47 ()) and High 48 Appeal before the High Court Complaint Maintenance of the services of full-backed employees The employees who served in the mill formed a union in the mill and registered for it Request Employees were removed from office The matter was contested by the employees and eventually by a single decision the services of the employees were restored with full benefits. Appellant's assertion was that two separate petitions were filed by the employees, both of which were evidence. There were separate records, written arguments by lawyers for the parties in their respective cases, but for the purpose of rendering the decision, they were collected without any proper order of stability, the decision was subsequently disclosed. It was held that the evidence presented to them by the parties was discussed on the relevant matters as if a similar statement was recorded in the light of the evidence presented by the parties in both cases. Discrimination decisions were not made separately and based on employees' records The cases were referred to the trial court for a separate decision on the points and grounds given.
