Para 10 [As 19 6 1999j Pakistan Citizenship Act (II of 1951), Section 8 (2) and 14b Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Division Memo No. 8/9/70 (Contact 1) Dated 246 Constitution of Pakistan 1970 Amended (1973), Article 199 provides for the passage of paragraph 10 (revised) of the passport and visa manual, 1974 that states that the passports are officially passed by judges of the Supreme Court, High Courts and Shariah Courts. And unregistered unmarried children will be issued to subjects under 25 years of Azad Jammu and Kashmir issued by the federal government under their policy like other citizens of Pakistan. And there is no reason why the judges, including senior officials of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, passed the passports and visas manuals of the Supreme Court of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court, the High Court and the Shariat Court and their spouses and their dependent children. Must be removed from the car. Approval of Official / Greater Passport by the Government of Pakistan, as there is no special exclusion in their regard, due to their special status, respect and dignity, the judges of the High Courts of Pakistan did not treat them in this regard. Go. Article 10 of the Constitution issued by the Central Government for any practical purposes, like any other province with Jammu and Kashmir, must be followed by the removal of the high officials and the judges of the higher courts. Should not be accepted. Azad Jammu and Kashmir Pakistan cannot separate itself from the matters of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. It is time now that the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir have mainstream Pakistan in the High Court soon under its jurisdiction under Article 199.
