Section 3 contempt of court Ordinance (IV of 2003), sections 3 and 4 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution petition contempt petitioners / applicants petitioned against them in contempt of court petition under which Violated The constitutional application was allowed through its letter to the Authority, the matter was forwarded to the Committee constituted under the Ordinance 2001 of the Land of Allotment (Allotment, Conversion and Exchange) of the Sindh State and the Committee exercised powers under the Ordinance. Appealed to the committee that cases have been decided against plotting the applicants. After the matter was referred to the Committee for regularization of payment of the amount mentioned in the decision, the applicants were represented and before the decision was rendered, the applicants of the Committee referred the authority to the Committee. Did not challenge the proceedings nor challenge the order of the Committee. Before any forum for jurisdiction, the claimants did not insult the court under the circumstances.
