Appealed to the committee that cases have been decided against plotting the applicants. After the matter was referred to the Committee for regularization of payment of the amount mentioned in the decision, the applicants were represented and before the decision was rendered, the applicants of the Committee referred the authority to the Committee. Did not challenge the proceedings nor challenge the order of the Committee.
