Section 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), AXXI, R 84 Property auction property auction court failed to pay the auctioneer receiving illegal order, and the appellant as the second highest bidder to the banking court. Applied for auction deposit. The banking court passed an order to collect the auction amount but the objection was raised on such deposit and the banking court allowed the request for the objection and ordered the resale of the property. They submitted the deposit in compliance with the court order. The court, acting on this amount and what should not be bothered, had to follow the procedure provided in the OXI, 82 to 94 CPC auction buyer failed to deposit the auction amount, The banking court will conduct a fresh auction of the property for this satisfaction. According to the decrees, the law did not make any sense to the appellants as they applied to the court for submission themselves if there was an illegal order which was obtained from the court on every invitation, by any appellant Cannot claim expected right. The sale was thus canceled in favor of the appellant. Appellants can also participate in the auction and the amount already submitted by them (in the latest auction, if successful) can be adjusted or they can apply for the same appeal back.
