Sections 25A (1), (4) and 37 (3) filed before the Labor Appeal Tribunal through the Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), AXLI, R1 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition. Under Section 25A (1) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, the employer may, through the shopstore or collective bargaining agent, file a complaint notice where the worker was dissatisfied with the employer's decision or the employer was unable to make a decision within a fixed time. Was absent in section 37 (3) of the Ordinance, in which an appeal was filed before the Labor Appellate Tribunal in the absence of any special provision for the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, so that it could be filed. The bereaved person, Civil Code of Conduct, 1908 will apply and may be filed under the AXLI, RI, CPC, by the person filing the appeal or by the Advocate Appeal filed by the applicant before the Appellate Tribunal.
