ASHAR ELAHI versus UNITED BANK LTD. THROUGH PRESIDENT
The suit filed by the plaintiff to recover the debts of Articles 9 and 22 was decided only on the plea of the deceased plaintiff's widow which contradicts the defense previously raised by her deceased husband. He, while he was alive, also applied for leave to appear and defend, in which he said that the plaintiff's consent had obtained unnecessary convenience. But there was someone else who was the real beneficiary and said that the petition filed by the deceased was not decided that for any reason the decision of the banking court would be declared as baseless, it was set aside and according to law. The case was remanded for a new verdict.
