SULTANA AHMED versus CALTEX OIL (PAKISTAN) LIMITED
Applicants, petitioning petitioner for grant of interim injunction for section 42 and 54 civil procedure code (v. 1908), OLXX, RR1 and 2 suit for declaration, injunction and damages, were requested by the respondent.
