Sections 10, 2 (d), 9 and 21 appeal the dismissal of the plea bargaining on the grounds of justifiable reasons for rejecting the reasons for the dismissal of the plea bargaining agreement which came into operation under the obligations of the judgment but the corporation. The extent of the individuals (by agreement) of the judgment alone because no such claim was made in the leave application to defend the case but was raised before the High Court for the first time on appeal.
