Article 9 (1973) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition Competitive petitioner had raised a factual dispute in the Constitution Petition, which could not be implemented by the High Court under the jurisdiction of the petitioner. The forum for settlement was a full court. The jurisdiction, which was capable of resolving the factual dispute, sought the parties to prove their own claims after the evidence of the petition was filed by the Banking Court under Section 9 of the Financial Institutions (Security of Finance) Ordinance.
