Sections 6565 BB and 6 376 The evidence for the abduction, abduction, or incitement of a woman on the charge of marriage and abuse was raised by the defendant alleging that the victim had a habit of having sex and that Haiman was old. An eight-day delay in her abduction was not a credible statement, and it cannot be said that the prosecution has proven the case. Evidence was not available to supply 555B more than suspicion, in which the High Court, in the statement of Lady Doctor, with a positive DNA test, sent the trial court to Section 6 376 (i). Has truly acquitted the accused. The PPC High Court, however, adopted a soft view and sentenced him to ten years in prison.
